My journey from electrical engineer to strategic planning advisor taught me one crucial lesson: the greatest challenge in any business initiative isn't technology or resources—it's getting everyone truly on the same page.

For nearly 30 years, I've guided mid-sized companies through strategic planning and execution, working with everyone from early-stage startups to established industry leaders. My unique background combines business, engineering, and visual strategy frameworks to help leadership teams pinpoint challenges, align on priorities, and transform plans into action.

I've led hundreds of high-energy strategic planning sessions that engage every voice in the room. My clients consistently report that my collaborative approach not only creates clearer plans but dramatically accelerates implementation and results.

When I'm not helping teams get on the same page, you'll find me at home with Rick, my partner of 25 years (we just celebrated this milestone on Valentine's Day!), and our two rescue cats, Sable and Mackie. I'm also an avid sewist and currently co-teaching a 4-part workshop series on pants fitting for my couture sewing group—applying the same attention to detail and collaborative problem-solving that I bring to my client work.
